Raw Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding - Gluten Free

This dessert is one of those healthy desserts that is so delicious, it's hard to believe it's good for you.


All the ingredients that go into this recipe have health benefits, so you can enjoy this anytime, guilt free.

Everyone in my family loves this simple dessert, and we actually love it frozen.

You Will Need

1 1/2 Cups Coconut Milk

1 large ripe Banana

5 Tbsps Chia Seeds

3 Tbsps Honey or Maple Syrup

2 Tbsps Cacao Powder

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

pinch Sea Salt


Optional Toppings

Shredded Coconut

Berries

Chopped Nuts


To Make


Place all ingredients into a blender, in order listed. Blend until smooth. Pour into a medium sized bowl and cover with lid. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to thicken.

To serve, spoon into small and bowls and add optional toppings.

** I usually double the quantity when I make this and place in small containers to serve straight from and freeze.
